The successful applicant should have experience of working with food in a professional environment. Experience of supervising staff, cash handling and an understanding of SFBB.

The Clockhouse also has a pizza oven and experience of preparing home-made stonebaked pizzas would also be advantageous.

Duties will include:

• Ensure that a high standard of preparations and presentation is achieved before any dish leaves the kitchen.

• Maintain high standards in health, safety and hygiene.
• Maintain a high standard of discipline to reduce waste and accidents.

Boardwalk Restaurant Supervisor

Retail Assistants
