CHARITY BIKE RIDE - 10TH JUNE 2012
18 members of staff from The Angel and Salthouse Harbour Hotels are taking part in a charity bike ride to raise money for St Nicholas Hospice. Staff will be cycling either 50 or 100 miles in and around the Suffolk countryside as part of the St Edmunds Wheel Bike Ride 2012.
St Nicholas Hospice provides practical, medical and spiritual support for local people and their families living with a life threatening illness.

COLCHESTER & IPSWICH MUSEUMS 2012
There is lots going on at the Colchester and Ipswich Museums over the coming months, with exciting events and exhibitions to visit.
The Saatchi Gallery hs returned to the Ipswich Art School with another exhibition of contemporary visual art from this internationally renowned collection. The exhibition will be showing until the 26th August 2012
The Treasures of China - this exciting exhibition will showcase 70 treasures from the Nanjing Museum China taking you on a journey accross 8000 years of Chinese history. The exhibition opens on the 30th June until 7th January 2013.
PULSE FRINGE FESTIVAL @ NEW WOLSEY THEATRE | 25th MAY - 9th JUN
Pulse is a milti-disciplinary festival focusing on new and innovative approaches to the arts. The festival provides and platform for the development and presentation for new work by Regional, British and International artists of vision accross a range of art forms including Theatre, Dance, Comedy, Music, Event led visual arts, Participatory theatre, Physical theatre and Childrens theatre.

BLUE MOON JUBILEE JAZZ PARTY | 4TH JUNE 12
Revolution De Cuba transports you to the glorious world of the 1950's Havana night clubs to help you celebrate the Jubilee in style.
The excellent Steve Pert will be singing Rat Pack classics including Sinatra and Dean Martin accompanied by their superb band of All Stars.

SUFFOLK SHOW 2012 | 7-8th JUNE
You will get a real taste of country life in these two days, where you'll see; show jumping, hounds on display, heavy horse turnouts, Shetland pony racing, cattle judging, proud goat owners, pedigree pigs and a host of fantastic stalls. It's not to be missed.
