We are looking for experienced waiting staff to join our professional award winning team to help deliver high standards of service to our customers here at the Salthouse Harbour Hotel and Eaterie.
Previous experience within hotels or restaurants is essential as well as a professional attitude and passion for the hospitality industry. Approximately 35 hours per week to include evenings and weekends on a rota basis.

The successful candidate will be passionate about food, have a flair for ingredients and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Responsibilities will include ensuring hugh culinary standards within the team, maintaining high levels of hygiene control and health and safety through the kitchen. Experience of working at this level within a 2AA Rosette kitchen would be an advantage.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Commis Chef to work in our award winning Hotel Eaterie. This is an excellent career opportunity for an ambitious Commis Chef to work and learn at a high level and develop a career in a 2AA Rosette kitchen.
The role will include reporting to the Head Chef and assisting the senior chef team, whilst working with fresh, local and seasonal ingredients. The successful candidate will already be a Commis Chef, will be able to work unsupervised and have experience of working in a hotel or restaurant kitchen. They will have a high level of attention to detail, be motivates and career-orientated.
