We are offering 3 lucky couples the chance to win a Cook with Duck masterclass with Gressingham's Development Chef Vernon Blackmore at the Suffolk Food Hall's cookery school on the 7th June 2014.  

Vernon will be demonstrating how easy it is to prepare and cook a selection of simple yet impressive duck and poultry dishes for a date night dinner for two.  The masterclass will be rounded off with one of Suffolk Food Hall's expert chefs showing how to create a delicious dessert.

The winners will have lunch and wine in the Cookhouse restaurant, enjoy refreshments throughout the day and be given a Gressingham goodie bag to take away with them.  The day will finish with 2 sumptuous nights at the Salthouse Harbour Hotel including full breakfast before you leave.
