To start...    
Roast root vegetable soup (v)
   
Crisp pork belly, pork and prosciutto terrine, pickled apple and cider
   
Cured trout, pickled beetroot, fennel and dill
   
Pigeon breast with lentils, radish, onions and wild mushrooms
   
Beetroot, garden peas and goats cheese salad (v)
   

Followed by...    
Fillet of cod with cauliflower, new potatoes, curried prawns and spinach
   
Lamb shank with roasted carrots, sprouts and confit garlic mash
   
Goats cheese gnocchi, wild mushrooms, chestnuts and chicory
   
Chicken supreme, shredded leg, ceps, wild mushroom and confit potato
   
Roast Free Range turkey with all the trimmings, goose fat roasts, roasted carrots and brussel sprouts
