£99 per person and £49.50 per child (half portion)

Confit Duck leg terrine, Duck Liver parfait, prosciutto and onion jam
Sweet potato and goat's cheese terrine, onion jam and pickled vegetables (v)

Followed by...
Pan roasted Scallops, cauliflower, black pudding, fritters and parmesan
Saffron pearl barley, cauliflower, fritters and apple (v)

Mains...
Traditional roasted free-range Turkey, Duck fat potatoes and all the trimmings
Nut roast, carrots, chestnuts and sprouts, thyme roasted potatoes and braised red cabbage (v)

Dessert...
Handmade Christmas pudding and brandy Anglaise
