Friday: Arrival & Unwind

  • From 3pm – Check in to your boutique room at The Salthouse. Sink into the weekend with harbour views and a sense of calm.

  • 6:30pm – If it’s Cellar Door Friday, you're in luck. Join us in the Eaterie for a free wine tasting as part of our Cellar Door Series. Each event explores a different region, followed by a themed small plate menu. Think bold reds, zesty whites, and dishes full of flavour.

  • 9pm – Retire to your room for a quiet drink on the balcony or a soak in the tub, ready to switch off completely.


Saturday: Spa & Champagne

  • 8am – Head down for breakfast in the Eaterie. Fresh juices, flaky pastries, and eggs just the way you like them.

  • 10am–2pm – Visit Riverhills Spa, just 10 minutes away. Recently renovated and full of new vitality wet facilities. Book a facial, massage, or enjoy the steam rooms and pool.

  • 3pm – Return to your room, and order a glass of chilled champagne. Enjoy it on your balcony, watching the marina boats drift by.

  • 7pm – Dinner in the Eaterie. Seasonal, local, and expertly crafted. Follow with a cocktail in the Lounge or a moonlit walk by the water.


Sunday: Brunch & Breathe

  • 9am – A leisurely brunch of Eggs Royale, florentine, truffled mushrooms or bacon & eggs to share, plus your favourite coffee.

  • 10:30am – One final waterfront stroll – camera in hand, coffee to-go.

  • 11am–12pm – Check out feeling lighter, rested, and inspired.
