For 2026 only, we’re reimagining Valentine’s while we transform our ground floor ahead of an exciting relaunch. The result is something truly exclusive: 

A private Valentine’s dinner with harbour views in the intimacy of your own bedroom.

Your night begins in our Penthouse Suite, where a glass of Champagne and pre-dinner canapés set the tone. With staggered arrival times between 7pm and 8.30pm, the experience is deliberately unhurried and beautifully personal.

While you relax upstairs, our team quietly prepares your room below — a full turndown, soft lighting, a single rose, and a curated mini wine list waiting for you to explore.

You’ll then return to your room to enjoy a three-course Valentine’s menu. Expect indulgent, seasonal dishes finishing with a rich, velvety dessert.

To complete the evening, an Espresso Martini is shaken and served in your room, accompanied by delicate petit fours for a final, playful touch.
