Check in is from 3pm. If you are arriving to Ipswich earlier, you are welcome to leave your luggage with us in storage and the car in our car park. Car parking is included if you booked your stay with us directly. Check out is 11am each morning, later check outs may be booked subject to availability for an additional fee which you can add to your reservation when you book online.
We welcome dogs to stay in a small number of our hotel bedrooms for an extra charge of £15 per dog per night. Before booking, please speak to our reservations team who can book and allocate an appropriate room.

We provide secure car parking for all hotel residents staying with us.
We have a small on site car park, to the left-hand side of the hotel as you drive towards us along the waterfront. If the gates are closed, this means it has reached capacity. However, we do offer additional parking just a short stroll away which is secured and gated.
Simply continue driving along the waterfront, at the first junction veer to the right. You’ll see the cafe ‘Coffee Link’ on your left hand side. Just before the large Buoy ahead of you, you will see dark blue iron gates on your left – here is the entrance to our hotel resident car park.
To access the car park, you will be emailed with a gate code on the day of arrival.
If you’ve booked with us directly, car parking is included in your rate, if not a small charge of £7.50 per 24 hours is charged to your room bill.
