Are there age requirements for the spa?

Yes, the spa is adults only from aged 16+

What amenities does the spa offer?

A small but well equipped fitness suite, spa lounge, bespoke wallow pool, sauna, aroma essence steam room, ice fountain, cold drench and experience showers, deluxe foot spas and loungers.

Do you offer spa packages or offers?

We offer spa packages throughout the year, some inclusive simply of a treatment or spa access, and some which includes dinner and extra treats too.

If you want to guarantee use of the spa, please book a spa package. If spa packages are not available, it is likely the spa is full. Please note spa access is not included when choosing to book the ‘bed rate’ or ‘bed and breakfast’ rates. However, spa access may be booked during your stay depending on availability.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation policies vary for different treatment, spa sessions and packages. Be sure to familiarise yourself with these before booking.

Are gift vouchers available for purchase?

Yes, spa vouchers are available to purchase. Spa vouchers can only be purchased and redeemed online.

What should I wear to the spa?

We offer changing facilities if you are not staying in the hotel complete with showers and lockers. Please bring your own swimwear and if you book a treatment, dry swimwear to change into if you prefer. Flip flops and robes are available to borrow as part of your spa session.

If you are staying in the hotel, robes and slippers are provided in your hotel bedroom.

When should I arrive for my treatment?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your treatment time in order to complete your health questionnaire. Your therapist will meet you in the spa lounge before heading through to the treatment rooms.
