Check in is from 3pm. If you are arriving to Ipswich earlier, you are welcome to leave your luggage with us in storage and the car in our car park. Car parking is included if you booked your stay with us directly. Check out is 11am each morning, later check outs may be booked subject to availability for an additional fee which you can add to your reservation when you book online.
We welcome dogs to stay in a small number of our hotel bedrooms for an extra charge of £15 per dog per night. Before booking, please speak to our reservations team who can book and allocate an appropriate room.
Unfortunately, not. We ask for payment either at booking stage, or before you arrive. Please refer to the specific cancellation policy on each room package for details of payment schedules. Please note we no longer accept cash payments.
