Our curated treatment menu features five signature Ishga experiences, each lasting 55 minutes and designed to restore balance, ease tension and leave you feeling renewed. Inspired by the healing properties of the Hebridean coastline, Ishga’s organic seaweed-based skincare harnesses the power of natural marine ingredients to nourish both body and mind.
Every treatment concludes with time in our Relaxation Lounge allowing you to extend the benefits of your experience at your own pace. Sink into a quieter rhythm, enjoy an optional LED light therapy session, and finish with warming cup of Doctor Seaweed tea as your journey comes gently to a close.
